From casting to packaging — a 6-stage precision production line.

Sand molding and casting line for cast iron and steel cylinder heads. Every mold is engineering-approved to match product geometry.

Capacity: single piece up to 480 kg · Material: GG20/GG25/GGG50 · Min. batch: 50 units

Micron-tolerance surface and bore machining, valve seat and guide channel milling on multi-axis CNC centers.

Tolerance: ±0.02 mm · Axis: 4-5 axis machining center

Precision grinding for gasket faces and valve seating surfaces; roughness and flatness values are measured on every batch.

Surface roughness: Ra ≤ 1.6 µm · Flatness: ≤ 0.05 mm

Precision boring of valve guide and bearing seats, plus the bushing assembly station using cold-press interference fitting.

Bore tolerance: H7 · Bushing interference fit: 0.03-0.06 mm

No part ships without spectral analysis, hardness testing and an 8 bar pressure test. Full traceability is maintained via batch numbering.

Test pressure: 8 bar air · Hardness: Brinell (HB) measurement · Certificate: TSEK

Anti-corrosion coating and moisture-barrier packaging line, ready for domestic and international shipment.

Packaging: VCI-protected · Labeling: traceable batch/lot barcode
